Make your contact’s and your agents’ lives easier even when the called person doesn’t want to buy anything. How? By directly transferring them to a blacklist IVR system. As soon as your contact is in the blacklist your agents cannot call them anymore, not even accidently. It helps you to keep your lists clean and your company’s or call center’s reputation could get a boost. Once your agent hangs up the person on the other end gets redirected to for example, the Dutch national blacklist registration called BMNR (stands for Bel Me Niet Register) or similar (RVV) IVR system, where they can sign up to be on a blacklist.
Even when you couldn’t sell anything the person on the other end, they will leave the call with a good feeling because you helped them get on the blacklist and not be bothered again. Of course, you shouldn’t offer it to everyone immediately or you will run out of contacts to call fairly quickly. Your lists will be clean and your agents can focus their concentration on other contacts faster.
– Place the BMNR number in the phonebook.
– Customer forwards number after a phonecall to BMNR.
– Number gets registered in LeadDesk’s “IVR report” (PCS should’ve created this connection).
– When looking to check a new list with the BMNR, the customer needs log in to 3rd parties website (TXNet) and check their list with the BMNR
