When dealing with regional holidays, this tool will help you a lot. In some countries such as Germany it is prohibited by law to call someone on a holiday. Unfortunately, there are different holidays in different areas of the country. Not calling anyone from a German list would be a waste of time and knowing who you can legally call is pure gold. By checking the postal codes of your contacts this tool makes it temporarily (only during the holiday) technically impossible to call contacts from a region with a local holiday.

This tool is used to set up the waiting time before a contact is called for national and regional holidays by different areas. It automatically makes sure that agents will only call contacts out of those holiday areas by using postal codes to check.
At the moment, there is no tool to edit/ add/ remove holidays. The customers need to provide the info and PCS will setup the features:
(1): set waiting periods for contacts for certain days based on holidays (mapped to postal codes)
(2): remove the contacts from the list on a certain date and restore them once the waiting period is over
(3): these rules should be pre-created in the tool as a default.
In the Admin view where the Holiday Tool is activated, there are 2 separate tables for National holidays and Regional holidays. In each table, there are 4 different columns for the customers to keep track of info: Holiday (showing all holidays added for clients), enabled campaigns count (showing how many campaigns are affected by these holidays), Next date (showing the following holiday dates) and button “Show all dates” (showing all holidays at the current year and in the upcoming years)
