This QA tool has been developed based on requests from customers with specific call recording, reporting and analysis needs. The Voice Receipt QA Tool gives you a dedicated interface where you can quickly and easily review call recordings, their associated voice receipts and approve or reject them.

With the Voice Receipt QA Tool, you can:

  • Filter all your call recordings, for example by client, campaign, agent, and date range
  • Listen to call recordings or voice receipts one-by-one, approve or reject them, and add notes
  • Speed up playback to review your audio faster
  • Enable QA manager permissions for batch approval or rejection
  • Enable voice receipt review as part of your SLA or compliance process

Tutorial
