Our history

The founders of LeadDesk are salespeople by trade and salespeople by nature. They got together in 2010 to revolutionize the call center industry, agent-by-agent, deal-by-deal.

They wanted to help every agent could close more deals and cases, from day one.

That’s what we do: Sales up. Costs down. First contact resolution up. Happy agents. Happy clients.

Our head office is in Kallio, Helsinki. Our office is on two floors, looking out on the old workers’ district. We have our global management, finance, marketing, development and operations teams based in Helsinki. Our Finland country office is at the same address. We also have an R&D facility in Lappeenranta, a town in the beautiful Finnish lakeland.
