Inbound statistics report 


The Inbound statistics report gives you an overview of how well you’re handling your inbound calls. The report provides the amount of inbound calls, organized by offered, answered and abandoned calls. You can sort the information by how they fall within your SLA.

The report will also give you an overview of how many calls were transferred to a 3rd party, the average and total talking- and handling time as well as availability and reachability in percentages.

This report is supported by default filter Campaign, Agents, Contact managers. Custom filters include “Minute” and “Time” so that you can check the statistics within a specific time range.
