Agent Activity Billable / Payable Report

The agent activity report provides you with the total working time of your agents.
Furthermore, the report will give you your agents activities either by individual agent or by date.
This report is an extension to the normal agent activity report, where it also defines the Billable / Payable status, as defined on Admin > General Settings > Activities
