This report gives you access to calls that land at your inbound line while it is marked as open.
Isolating these statistics gives you a different and relevant overview of how your queues operate during opening hours.
This report is similar to “Inbound calls – full day (10s)”, but gives you specific data of these columns below when the queue is open:
- Received calls
- Hangups before answer
- Service level %
