Inbound email agent report


The inbound email agent report will help you access information about how well your agents are handling inbound emails.

You’ll be able to monitor the amount of answered and closed emails. You’ll also get an overview of the agent’s response time and handling time, both average and total, as well as the agent’s working time and handling- / working time ratio. The time is provided in days, hours, minutes and seconds, to give you the most accurate data.

The report will also give you the total amount of all the numbers, so you can get a full overview of the status of how well you’re handling inbound emails.
