Inbound email SLA report


The inbound email SLA report will expand the inbound email agent report by adding information about the inbound email SLA, sorted by mailboxes.

The report will give you an overview of unhandled, being handled, answered, and closed and received emails.

The stats for response time are shown in total, average, and max.
