Mini report – Contact card auto closure

This mini report allows automatically closing the contactcard after a call, within a certain threshold set in the campaign’s custom field settings.

This mini report automatically closes the call dialog after the call is disconnected with a given reason ID after X seconds.

At the bottom of your campaign, you will have to fill out the custom fields:
– The reason name is defined in the campaign custom field named ‘call_ending_reason_name’.
– The time value (how long to wait before closing the dialog after the call hangs up) is defined in the campaign custom field named ‘timing’
