Add Existing Numbers
Activate your existing numbers directly online and start using them instantly.

The days when you needed to send a request to activate numbers or fill out a mandate form are over. In a few easy steps, you can now activate your existing phone numbers online and they will be ready for you to use within the next 4 hours.
When you are logged in on LeadDesk:
- Start by clicking on “General Settings”
- Go to the tab “LeadApps”
- Find the phone numbers app and click on “Try it now”
- Choose from one of the two options
Add your own outbound number
When you already have a number that you own and you want to use with LeadDesk click on the “add your own” option. Now type in your phone number and click on “Add”. Have your phone ready. A layover window with a code will open on your computer screen. You will receive a call on the phone with that phone number and you will be asked to enter the code you see on your computer screen. After that, the check mark under the code will turn green and your number will be activated.
