With our easy-to-use chat app, you can:

  • Instantly see which agents and admins are logged in
  • Chat via a familiar social-network-style chat window: admin with agent, agent with agent and admin with admin
  • Share best practice, solve issues, and offer advice with your online colleagues
  • Use the new Chat Settings feature to manage permissions and e.g. disable agent-to-agent chat
  • Improve your team’s communications and results

Tutorial

Once it’s activated you will get a chat box in the bottom right corner of your screen. It shows available agents and admins in your company. You just click on a name to start chatting.
