2-way SMS agent view report
With the 2-way SMS report you’ll be able to access the messages your agents have sent, as well as the any response from the contact. The reports can be filtered by campaign, agent, sponsor or office and will show the campaign, agent and contact name. The report also shows the phone number the message was sent to, the timestamp as well as the actual message.

This report shows SMS send by agents using 2-way SMS integration, using the Outbound UI.
This does not include 1-way SMS, or SMS messages sent by OMNI agents.
This report mimics the 2-way SMS report, but has a few differences:
– This report shows information for / per agent. An agent can only see his / her own data.
– As such, the download options for Excel / CSV have been removed.
– The resend button has been removed.
