2-way SMS report for Outbound

With the 2-way SMS report you’ll be able to access the messages your agents have sent, as well as the any response from the contact. The reports can be filtered by campaign, agent, sponsor or office and will show the campaign, agent and contact name. The report also shows the phone number the message was sent to, the timestamp as well as the actual message.


Activate Activate

You can easily re-send a message, by clicking the re-send button, next to each message.
This report only shows SMS send in the Outbound product.
This does not include OMNI SMS.
