Custom field editor
The custom field editor allows you to create values (skills) that can be set against campaigns, contact lists and products. When an agent has this type of value (skill) applied, he or she will be able to use the matching campaigns, contactlists and products. This section will be added to the Admin > General settings > Custom field editor.
