This Outbound meeting booking tool allows your LeadDesk Agents to view the external calendars of the salespeople when scheduling meetings for them, straight in a LeadDesk tab when they are on a call with a contact. Your Agents can schedule the meeting there easily without having to jump between systems or further integrations to the salespeople’s calendars they are representing. The contact from the call will get an automated email of the booking that they can approve and easily add also to their own calendars.

With LeadDesk Meeting Calendar, you can:

In the overview sub menu, you will get a new tab called “meetings calendar”. You can create calendar projects and those projects can be attached to campaigns. You see the meeting calendar and the scheduled meetings. Agents get a new tab where they see meeting calendar.
