If you need to have an additional field that allows you to leave general notes about the customer, this feature will add another field to the contactcard.

Within a contactcard an agent can add notes per phone call, building up history for a specific customer.
These notes are normally specific to the call and cannot be edited afterwards.

If you need to have an additional field that allows you to leave general notes about the customer, this feature will add another field to the contactcard.
This input field is not call specific and allows to freely add and edit text.
