LeadDesk Full-Text Search BETA

This BETA search tool is made for admins to easily find information about contacts and call history by using a single search field. You can search with different contact details by writing a minimum of the first three letters or numbers of a record. Not only is the search field located in the overview-tab “Search (Beta)”, but also in the upper right corner, so you can easily access it from any tab.

You can search with any of these contact details:

• contact name
• person ID(SSD)
• phone number
• e-mail
• address
• company name
• organization number
• VAT number
• responsible agent
• contact list name
• other info fields
