No products - hide shopping cart

As an admin you want your agents to be as productive as possible.
Reducing the amount of information in their view, can help them process information faster.

If your campaign doesn’t use any products, this feature hides all order related tabs from the customer’s card during a call.
Your agent will only see the customer’s information and the callback option.
