Toll-Free Numbers in Germany are allocated to individuals and businesses directly from the national regulator (BNetzA). You must apply for a toll-free number from BNetzA, and then it can be activated by LeadDesk once it is received. You must have a German address to apply for a toll-free number, and in order to activate the number on LeadDesk’s network, you must provide the above information.
