LeadDesk has now officially joined forces with Loxysoft. This historic news means that we can now write the next chapter in sales and customer service software together. By together, we also mean our customers and partners, as you are a vital part of this journey.

At LeadDesk, we are thrilled to welcome onboard Loxysoft’s talented team and all of you valued Loxysoft customers. This article details the immediate implications of the deal as well our long-term plan for building something great.

What does the joining of forces mean for our customers?

Whether you are a LeadDesk or Loxysoft customer, there are no immediate changes. You can continue using your system as before and your contact persons are likely to remain the same.

In the long term, you will have access to an even better sales and customer service solution. Our product team is already hard at work combining the best parts of Loxysoft and LeadDesk.

For example, we’ve already identified that the team leaders’ tools in Loxysoft, such as the Playbook are universally well-liked and popular. We hope to bring Playbook and other effective features over to LeadDesk as soon as possible.
